Traffic Delineator
Bollards
We have a wide range of bollards for sale to meet all your safety and protection needs. Our parking bollards are perfect for car parks and private driveways, or drive paths that require authorized access, providing extra security and monitoring accessibility.
Our bollards are made from strong and sturdy materials such as steel, iron, and concrete, making them durable and resistant to all weather conditions. These bollards are bolted into the floor with solid concrete as a permanent security solution. We also stock PAS 68, 69 and 170 crash rated bollards.
Tuff Curb
Tuff Curb is a durable, high performance traffic separator curb that is compatible with Impact Recovery’s full line of posts and panels and other traffic safety products. Integral coloration makes Tuff Curb highly visible and resistant to UV damage and fading. In addition, enhanced profile dimensional properties and 3M™ reflectors provide maximum visibility and traffic separation both day and night. Tuff Curb’s safety and durability has been tested by Texas Transportation Institute to 2009 MASH standards and is also federally approved. This curbing system does not require water scuppers that often clog with debris; section spacing can be customized for local conditions to maintain natural water drainage.
LED Chevrons
Chevron sign is warning sign with left or right arrows. It is used to indicate road curves. The similarity between the arrows on the sign and Chevron’s logo in how the name originates. Also solar LED light bulbs can be attached on the sign to ensure more safety than a normal chevron sign.
Speed Ramps
Here at Barriers Direct, we understand the importance of maintaining high safety measures and avoiding hazardous situations. That’s why we’re proud to offer one of the widest ranges of speed bumps and speed ramps in Qatar.
Our speed humps provide the perfect solution for decreasing speed and helping to keep busy and potentially hazardous roads as safe as possible.
Barriers Direct road humps are available in a variety of dimensions, which can be fitted to measure and can limit driver speeds to any desired degree – from 5 to 15mph. Their heavy-duty PVC materials mean these speed ramps can survive any weather conditions and hold up under extreme weight.
Round about Modular
Modular roundabouts are prefabricated units made from recycled material that make installation easy and quick. VDOT crews were able to bolt down pieces over a period of weeks for each roundabout, when compared to the lengthy timeline for a typical roundabout. They also are a lower-cost alternative when compared to the costs and impacts of traditional roundabout construction. In addition to materials being bolted in place, new pavement markings direct traffic through the roundabout.
Traffic Island Kerb
Concrete Traffic Islands from Al Jazira are designed to be both discrete and effective. -Al Jazira range includes both permanent and demountable options. While the former is fixed into the ground, the latter can be relocated after disassembly, ideal if you need a temporary island or flexibility within your project.
For narrow roads with high traffic, consider the slim Satellite configuration. It comes with a half-battered kerb profile, 2 x M16 lifting sockets and is factory built for accurate design. In wider roads, the Refuge island can provide part of a useful crossing point for pedestrians and can come with additional illuminated ‘Keep Left’ bollards. This type of Concrete Traffic Island has 3 x M16 lifting sockets and is available in a variety of sizes – 1200 x 1200mm, 1500 x 1500mm and 1800 x 1800mm.
Road Studs
The road studs are retro-reflective supplements used in the road to improve visibility at night time and adverse weather conditions. Road studs serve the purpose of speed arrestor before junction/crossings/end of the flyover section wherein road crashes are prevalent.
